This bespoke service is a 360 approach to training, nutrition and lifestyle. Designed to improve your overall physique and fitness levels through using the BOSHFIT-METHOD.
We use movement patterns that mimic everyday activities whilst incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time. This builds mobility, stability and strength and mental resilience - you will be ready to take on anything in life!
We will improve your weaknesses, imbalances you might have and build strong foundations that will create autonomy within training and lifestyle.
This is your journey, so you can ask questions and we delve deeper into your lifestyle, habits and mindset that allows you to push you past your limitations.
If you have a hectic career, family life and are frustrated by your inconsistencies, our mission is to support you so that you can take charge of your health and fitness and BOSH your life .
HOW is THE programme STRUCTURED?
Your training programme is built around the core movement patterns of Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, Push or Pull Movements, Body Weight & Aerobic Capacity.
We will tailor the workouts to suit your lifestyle, equipment available, injuries and training experience
Workout starts with a 5-7 minute warm-up (mobility and movement prep) followed by sets of compound pillar movements (Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, Push or Pull movements).
We focus on Couplets (2 exercises paired, or supersets) and Triplet blocks within each workout. You then finish with accessory exercises and/or a conditioning block of 4-10 minutes that complements your session goal.
Your programme will provide exercise regression or progression options tailored for your ability within the workouts.
We follow a flexible nutrition approach meaning NO DIETING or following stupid meal plans.
We support you through simple nutrition and lifestyle principles to help you create good habits that can be sustained long term.
Your workouts, nutrition, goals, activity and support are all coached through our training app.
Your Bi-Weekly coaching calls will be done through live zoom chat.

Whether you have a full equipped gym or some basic home equipment we will tailor your training programme to meet your requirements

It is an App-Based training program with exercise videos and notes to support you. Your workouts, nutrition, progress, activity and message support will all be in one place - within the training app.

NO, Never! Diets are not sustainable and we hate the word “dieting”. We believe in a flexible nutritional approach where you can eat any foods you like, however we will educate and support you to understand the fundamentals and achieve results that are sustainable .

A Few Options. You can simply cancel or you can continue on the bespoke programme for as long as you want and then cancel whenever. Most clients join our VIP PLAN after the initial 3 months and keep training with us for accountability and support.

You receive an initial 45 minute zoom consultation to get you set up, assessed, Q & A’s you might have. Bi-weekly you receive a 15 minute zoom or Whatsapp chat. You also have the option to message me daily via the training app.
