My name is Gerhard Boshoff. I’m a busy parent and an online fitness coach, helping busy people living longer by getting leaner, stronger and performing better in everyday life.

When I was 17, I lost my dad due to health problems. It was a wake-up call for me to prioritize my health. For most people, that wake-up call comes too late…

So I’m here to tell you right now that even if you have a busy schedule and a family to take care of, you can still look sharp, feel great in your own body, and improve your health.

  • NO, Never! Diets are not sustainable and we hate the word “dieting”. We believe in a flexible nutritional approach where you can eat any foods you like, however we will educate and support you to understand the fundamentals and achieve results that are sustainable .

  • A Few Options. You can simply cancel or you can continue on the bespoke programme for as long as you want and then cancel whenever. Most clients join our VIP PLAN after the initial 3 months and keep training with us for accountability and support.
